    We are looking for a Learning Specialist, Curriculum Development and LMS Administration who has a passion for people development. This role will be instrumental in incorporating our guiding principles into development initiatives; reinforcing our culture of safety, value creation and disciplined entrepreneurship. Reporting to the VP, Talent and Development, this will ensure that CCC is developing the skills and capabilities of our employees to support a high performance organization. 

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Provide support and resource guidance to assess development needs and deliver solutions. 
    • Design and develop learning materials in a variety of formats and with support of subject matter experts; including but not limited to Safety, Quality, and Operations and prioritized based on business objectives. 
    • Develop supporting training materials, including job aids and reference materials, for development programs at all levels as appropriate.
    • Make recommendations for appropriate learning approach while evaluating/benchmarking best practices and various delivery options. 
    • Primary knowledge expert on Learning Management System, capability and content, to optimize and blended learning solutions. 
    • Modify learning solutions as needed to address development objectives and learning needs. 
    • Primary Learning Management System administrator; defining practices, training users, organizing learning content, and reporting completion of learning initiatives. 

    Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor's Degree required and minimum of 2 years of experience designing learning content across a variety of content areas. 
    • Experience with classroom and virtual delivery (Webex, Adobe) and demonstrated experience developing eLearning content using Adobe, Captivate, Presenter and Storyline. 
    • Strong organization and project management skills, process implementation and training, problem assessment and solving, contract review. 
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Outlook Excel, PowerPoint and Experience utilizing a learning management system (LMS).
