The Executive/Business Coach would providing coaching services to owners and leaders of multigenerational, family-owned businesses. Candidates should have executive coaching experience and career experience in the following areas: Financial (Cash Flow) challenges of small/mid-sized businesses, Leadership, Communication, Relationship Building, Conflict Resolution, Succession Planning, Culture and Employee Engagement. This is a part-time contract position and coaching sessions are conducted via teleconference or video-conference.
