Training Event Manager

The ELI Training Event Manager is charged with the responsibility of executing ELI Certification and Day Training events by collaborating with clients, the ELI Sales team, ELI Facilitator’s, Accounting/Fulfillment and other members of the Training Services team. This includes conducting initial research on event needs, dates, and facilitator assignments through event follow up.
Overall, this position orchestrates the scheduling, confirmation, knowledge exchange, material management, and logistics for each assigned event. Candidates must be able to demonstrate proactive client relationship management, attention to detail, the ability to build collaborative relationships, and leverage ELI technology and procedures to ensure clients and participants receive the “class of one” experience ELI expects. A minimum of two years of training administration experience desired.
