Martha Legare is CEO of the Gantt Group®, a US-based training and consulting firm specializing in organizational change. We align your people, business strategy, change initiatives, and project management. Martha has 20+ years experience as consultant, coach and trainer to Fortune 500 industries. She has strong cross-cultural skills in facilitating global teams and assisting companies in achieving their vision.


Elizabeth Russell
Elizabeth Russell directs Emerson Human Capital’s Change Strategy line of business. Emerson is the largest US-based company composed exclusively of full-time employees who do only change management work. Emerson executes business strategy for Fortune 500 clients. When clients have a major change initiative, Elizabeth’s team uses these solutions to improve results in Change Management, Learning and Development, Technology Change, and Change-Driven Communication.

Pollie Massey Battle
Pollie Massey Battle is the CEO of OMS Consulting and Training, Inc., a consultancy specializing in providing clients with strategies for developing workplaces that are more inclusive for their workforce and marketplace. Ms. Massey Battle has over 20 years of professional experience in the field as well as a degree from Cleveland State University where she studied Business Education. She also has an OD certification from Case Western Reserve University and has earned certificates in Appreciative Inquiry from the Gestalt Institute and in Conflict Resolution from the Atlanta Justice Center. Ms. Massey Battle is also a member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Georgia National Speakers’ Association (NSA) and Global Federation of Speakers. Her change management initiatives focus on optimizing cross-cultural understanding, with a specialty in women’s leadership and corporate mentoring.
