  Millennials, Boomers, Xs and Ys co-exist in the same work space. However, the focus is shifting from acknowledging their traits to how to work together to drive business results and create a collaborative culture.

We will hear from a panel of subject matter experts who are experienced in managing, leading and developing multi-generational teams. We will be discussing different approaches in motivating, recruiting and retaining the multi-generational workplace, including:

  • The changes coming in the years ahead for the workforce at large
  • Employee engagement in a technology world
  • Managing in a multi-generational environment
  • Initiatives/Best Practices

Panelist: Ryan Jenkins, Millennial Speaker and Author

Ryan Jenkins is internally recognized Millennial Key Note Speaker and author. He helps organizations and leaders gain clarity around the Millennial generation so they can effectively lead, communicate and brand in tomorrow's mutli-generational marketplace. 

Ryan has been featured in Forbes, Fast Company, Mashable, and Yahoo! He has shared the stage with thought leaders from iconic brands like Facebook, MTV, and Uber. 

Ryan runs a blog and podcast at www.Ryan-Jenkins.com where he inspires audiences with practical next generational thought leadership.

 Panelist: Kristin McDonald, Employee Engagement Manager Coca Cola

Kristin is currently working as an Employee Engagement Manager at The Coca-Cola Company and a Millennial herself. Prior to Coke, she worked as a Senior Client Engagement Manager and Team Lead for A Great Place to Work Institute, which provides research for Fortune's 100 Best Places to Work For list. She holds a Master in Public Administration from the American University and a B.S. in Journalism from Florida A&M University.

Panelist: John Gardner, President Luckie & Company

John Gardner is the President of Luckie & Company, a marketing and advertising firm that uses the science of data and the art of marketing to fuel the magic of storytelling. John is a strategic visionary with more than 17 years of customer relationship management, database marketing and business intelligence. He is the architech behind numerous multi-channel relationship marketing efforts, as well as, an recognized expert in data-driven marketing initiatives and consumer segmentation models.

Panelist: Jacklyn Faith, Masters in I/O Psych

Jay is an articulate, people driven individual, who is excited by exploring the latest trends in the workplace. Jay has a broad range of experience, from the Home Depot to Cisco, and comes from a background in Accounting and Business Management. Currently pursuing her Masters in I/O Psychology, Jay brings a wealth of knowledge and insight on generations in the workplace and leadership strategies. She is also certified in Lean Six Sigma as a Green Belt and has completed numerous talent and HR related consulting projects independently.
