Our Presenter
Cheryl Ayers
National Business Development Executive, IMPACT Group
Cheryl Ayers is the National Business Development Executive for IMPACT Group – a Transition Company, where she brings over 16 years experience in the areas of Career Transition and Outplacement, Leadership Development and Management, Human Resources, and Business Development. She formed and is President of Career Vision Group, LLC, a consulting firm that focuses on career transition and career management and training. She works with candidates one-on-one who are in transition or are looking to better manage or change their careers. Cheryl is also a partner with the HR Annex Inc., a HR consulting firm. Prior to this role, she was the Vice President of Consulting Services for Mulling Corporation.
Ayers has over 20 years of business development experience securing government contracts and business with private sector companies. She has extensive experience as Project Director for 13 Career Centers for the Army, nine career transition centers for National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), three career transition centers and 81 field locations for the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Ayers earned a bachelor’s degree in advertising and a master’s degree in human resource management and development. She sits on the board of NAAAHR as the Vice President of Plans and Programs. She is the Membership Benefits Chair for SHRM and is also Co-Chair for the Greater Atlanta ASTD Leadership Academy.
