The Organizational Development SIG presents "Is your career SOARing? SOAR:  A mentoring process filled with best practices to develop employees!"

SOAR is an acronym for Seek Opportunities Achieve Results. SOAR is Molnlycke Healthcare's employee engagement initiative that provides structured mentoring to employees in different locations. The presenters will share their research, resources, approach, and tips to launch a successful project with a small budget and a large impact. They created a structured process where employees increase their job satisfaction and better prepare themselves for future leadership opportunities.

Karen E. Stewart is the Learning Development Manager at Molnlycke Healthcare. She and Chris Anderson, HR VP, created a program with more mentors than mentees that is helping employees reach their fullest potential.
