Jim Cook, CEM

Mr. Jim Cook is President of ESi University, the training and education arm ESi.  ESi University was established to provide WebEOC users with the best, most comprehensive training on ESi products available in the world.

Mr. Cook has been in the Emergency Management field for over 30 years in both the public and private sectors.  He started his Emergency Management career with the Atlanta Fulton County Emergency Management Agency in 1979.  In October of 2005 Mr. Cook joined ESi, the developers of WebEOC, to head their newly created Services Division where he worked with customers in the areas of drills and exercises, board configuration, training, WebEOC administration, and consulting.

Mr. Cook was named President of ESi University in October of 2007 where he is responsible for the creation of a state-of-the-art training facility, comprehensive training materials, exercises and exercise design, the creation of a WebEOC certification program, webinars and webcasts, curriculum development, and user conference support.

Jim graduated from Shorter College with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration.

Paul Stallings has been working in the field of computer-based and web-based training since 1989.  He has been working for InterContinental Hotels Group since 1997, and is currently a Global System Administrator & Business Analyst for the Saba LMS.
