This session combines career as well as personal planning as both are integrated.  It is based on what our presenter refers to as “the pendulum of career and life” and will provide a framework for thought, rather than immediate solutions.  It is a means to guide one’s life and provide the necessary direction to guide the course of one’s days and the choices one makes about their career.

Holland R. Earle

Holland R. “Dutch” Earle is the Managing Director of Executive Strategies, Inc. He has over twenty-five years experience in the human resources field.  Prior to founding ESI, he was the Vice President, Human Resources for ADP National Accounts Division, a multi-location division providing payroll and human resources information systems to large corporate accounts. He was part of the Senior Management Team, providing strategic direction to meet business plans.

Mr. Earle is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from Saint Francis College. He is active in numerous community and professional organizations, including several leadership roles.  He is a member of the Roswell Rotary Club and served on the Board of the Human Resources Leadership Forum and Junior Achievement, and is past Vice President of the Georgia Association of Personnel Services.  Mr. Earle is a frequent/sought after speaker on numerous topics including executive coaching, career transition, and establishing life managing principles and starting a small business.
