When we come together in work teams, we often have preconceived notions about our teammates and their capabilities. Then it’s not surprising when we end up with the same old creative log-jams when comes time for solutions. Learn the basics for really getting to know your team members and then use simple micro steps for accessing ideas and new processes within your organization. Not only will there be more ideas, your teams will build better, working relationships.
Bio
Karen Sieczka is a workplace training professional with over 10 years experience, a Creativity@Work expert, and the founder of Growing Great Ideas.com, a training consultant and resources website. Karen consults with a variety of industries to design and facilitate customized, relevant, and targeted training programs including technology, soft skills, customer service, leadership, and business communications. She is also available to train organizations of all sizes to be more creative and innovative in the workplace with “Micro-Steps” exercises from her 2011 e-book Growing Great Ideas: Unleashing More Creativity@Work.
