Richard Kirby is the founder of Executive Impact, a boutique career consulting firm for career achievers. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC®), a credential attained by less than 1% of all U.S. consultants. As an Executive Career Consultant for the past 10 years, Richard has guided hundreds of clients through successful career transitions, including C-Level executives with MBAs from top 10 business schools. His expertise includes career assessments, self-marketing, job search strategies, social media, personal networking, interviewing and job offer negotiations. Prior to career consulting, Richard served over 25 years in corporate engineering, human resources and sales roles. He wrote Fast Track Your Job Search (and Career!) in 2009 in order to provide radical new strategies for 21st century career seekers. Richard earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and a graduate level certificate in Engineering Management from Louisiana State University.
