Skills for 21st Century Leadership

What are the must have leadership skills for the 21st century? Good leaders historically have good communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team, flexibility, and comfortable with change. We live in a rapidly changing world: an age where there are no jobs for life, skill requirements are continuously evolving, pure academic skills are not enough, a global workforce and flatter organizations.

Can we rely on the leadership skills that have worked in the past? Our world is different, the stakes are high and the challenges and issues we face are changing at a rapid speed. What qualities do we need in 21st century leaders? This presentation looks at some of the most recent studies and discussions surrounding this subject. As a result, this presentation will examine the Top Ten Must Have Leadership Skills for the 21st century.
