Management Development Training Ideas
•· Are you tired of people rolling their eyes when you say “Management Development Classes”?
•· Are you tired of teaching the same principles over and over and seeing little, if any results?
•· Do employees flock to your management development classes?
•· Do your employees tell other managers how many good things they learned in their last management development class?
•· Have you seen – or have your executives seen – an improvement in the performance of a team whose manager has been to your management development classes?
If you answered “Yes, Yes, No, No, No,” maybe it’s time to look at management development a different way. This class is a culmination of years of stumbling and bumbling through management development and finding occasional “gems” that happened to work.
