Open Forum discussion facilitated by Jim Young and OD SIG Team***New Meeting Location-See Enclosed Address***

It’s all about our members as we kick the new year off with a survey to learn what matters most to you, plus an open forum to tackle your real-life work challenges!  

First the survey: What do you hope to gain by belonging to our SIG?  What topic areas interest you most?  What are some things we can all do to make our SIG stronger, and more valuable to you as a member?  We want to know!

Next, the Open Forum Discussion:  We believe that one of the most valuable benefits of membership in the SIG is the ability to share knowledge and insight with your peers in the profession.  If you’re working on a project and you’d like to get a fresh perspective or receive some sage advice in a more structured way, now is your chance.  We want to hear your case and study it as a group.  With the collective experience of our members, there’s no OD problem we can’t handle!

Here’s how this will work:  We’ve set up a survey to collect your input for the New Year, and your questions, topics and case submissions for the Open Forum.  Whether you have a project to submit or not, please take a moment to fill this survey out; your input will help shape the course of our SIG throughout the year!   At the Jan 8^th meeting we’ll release the survey results, and tackle your questions and projects in a facilitated group session.
