Gwendolyn Edwards turns thoughts into action. Her management experience includes advertising agency accounts, national luxury retailers, and faith-based initiatives, but she especially enjoys the startup process. She is a transformation specialist, turning a degree in graphic design from Drake University into a marketing communications career. For over two and a half decades, Gwen has coupled her pragmatic and creative perspectives to advance, develop and facilitate the ideas of others. And now she finds organizational design exhilarating, especially when she is directly involved in defining the dream and translating it through a team.As the Founding Partner of Glassworks Dream Boutique, her focus is on operations, marketing and productivity. Gwen originated the proprietary V.I.V.I.D.™ Model for dream development, designed the Flip Productivity™ System and the Flip Book, co-authored the CoachingU curriculum, and she serves as the executive producer and co-host of Vivid Talk™ Radio. She received her coaching training from Dr. Joseph Umidi of Lifeforming Leadership Coaching in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She is on track to receive her Master of Business Administration from Saint Leo University in the fall of 2013.

Leanne Heintz is a strategic and innovative thinker. Her professional success in business development, sales training and business coaching spans 25 years. She has built sales teams and winning strategies for the fitness industry, retail, advertising agencies and small businesses throughout her career. As a business coach she identifies core problems to find the best solutions. Her intuition is powerful in identifying needs, and she possesses the skill to convey clear and fundamental strategies. Leanne looks to acknowledge others for their strengths and for living their truth. This is a fundamental to her own process and she is intentional in reinforcing it in others. As a partner in Glassworks Dream Boutique her focus is on strategy, business development and sales. She is an executive producer and co-host of the BlogTalkRadio Featured Vivid Talk™. Her training comes from the International Coaching Academy, a world-renowned organization for developing coaching leaders.
