Motivating Multi-Cultural Audiences via eLearning
Reassure, motivate, experiment/try the tech! There are many good strategies to motivate online. In this webinar, learn the demographics of online learners, who are multi-cultural, multi-tasking and 'multi-career' focused and motivational strategies to address cultural, religious, racial and generational differences and similarities.

Presenter: Dr.Patricia Rife earned her Bachelor’s degree in “Global Studies Education” in Michigan, and her Ph.D. with coursework at Harvard and M.I.T’s “Science, Tech and Society” program. Dr. Rife is a pioneer in Internet innovations, and taught Business Communications for the California State University system for 8 years, including starting a grant writing company in Silicon Valley which grew into an online “Grant Writing” software company based out of Honolulu.
She has worked with native American tribal governments, clients in the Middle East and southeast Asia, and teaches ‘Project Risk Management’ online for the Graduate School of Management, University of Maryland University College (www.UMUC.edu).
