Managing the Multigenerational Workforce will review generational factors affecting organizational culture.
As generations continue to work more closely together in a number of professional settings, leaders will be tasked with managing varying degrees of employee interaction brought on by diverse ideologies, values, and employment principles.
These distinct generational differences result in emergent learning orientations and interpersonal patterns that impact organizational culture if not managed effectively. This class will focus on new interpretations to assist organizational leaders with management of complex characteristics demonstrated by each age group within the workforce. A foundation for leaders will involve understanding generational factors for each age cohort to support productive interactions and organizational health.
