Each of us thinks differently, we have different reactions to a given situation, this makes us individuals. We have different ways of thinking, different lifestyles, different experiences, different beliefs, hopes, dreams, aspirations and ways of communicating our thoughts. We all have the capability of being creative and innovative. Our reaction to change and our approach to being innovative are unique. Organizations that recognize and nurture these differences leverage their human resources and create engaging cultures.

Our natural innovation style emanates from within each of us. Some have been encouraged throughout their career to express their unique approach, while others may have been inhibited based on their organization's culture. While some of us proceed with caution, others just go with the roll of the dice and imagine and act on the possibilities.

Understanding and appreciating the unique ways in which each of us can be creative is one of the keys to working with others successfully, in teams or as an organization. We each have a different approach to meeting challenges, or how we apply our unique innovative styles. The question is: does your organization encourage these different styles?

Join Maxene Raices as she presents “A Creative Culture of Engagement: Capitalizing on Innovation Styles”. You’ll walk away with an appreciation and understanding of the four innovation styles. You’ll have a hands on experience identifying your own style and seeing the different approaches in a real time case study. The session will provide you with new insights and reflections on what makes a creative culture of engagement which will allow you to enhance your team’s and organization’s innovation capacity.

Presenter: Maxene Raices is a Senior National Account Executive for Wilson Learning Worldwide. Over the last 30 years, she has held roles as an Educator, a Human Resources Executive, a Consultant and Sr. Account Executive.
