How to Leverage a Contingent Workforce & Other Inventive Ideas from: Performance Difference Radio

Performance Difference Radio is a weekly show that features professionals focused on recruiting, retaining and enhancing employees. Laurie Genevish, the creator and host, will share inventive ideas from some of her outstanding guests. Laurie will focus on the areas of leveraging a contingent workforce, cultivating innovation, and performance improvement programs.

 

Laurie is the President and CEO of The Performance Difference, LLC. Her firm assists companies in achieving their business goals by identifying and developing employee skills based on the company’s business drivers.  She is also the host of Performance Difference Radio, a weekly show  where noted industry professionals discuss trends and tips for recruiting and retaining employees and workforce performance improvement. 

Laurie is a skilled performance improvement professional with more than 20 years of assessment and learning experience. Her extensive expertise encompasses strategic development, design, implementation and facilitation of technical, employee and management development programs.

While working for a regional Kinko’s office, Laurie developed a training certification program that gained the attention of the corporate office and was ultimately asked to help implement the program nationally across all branches. Since 1998, Laurie has served as Instructional Content Manager for InfoMentis and led the training and development departments for companies such as Transamerica Insurance & Investments and Manhattan Associates.

Laurie is a member of the American Society of Training and Development. She is a certified Harrison Assessment (HA) distributor and coach and holds a Bachelors Degree in Speech Communications and Marketing.

Laurie resides in Marietta, GA with her husband and two children. She enjoys cooking, traveling, and is working towards her black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
