Session Description:
Ensure that employees have the right skills to meet the strategic challenges of the organization. Emcompases individual career planning, organizational talent management and workforce planning. Focus on diversity, employee relations, succession planning, job analysis, evaluation methods, supervisory skills, Interviewing, counseling, producing or interpreting reports based on various psychological instruments.
Facilitator(s):
Cathy Knott is a Founding Partner of CKG Talent, Inc., a national search firm managed by a partnership team with more than 15 years of combined search consulting experience. She also serves as a Senior Consultant providing overall daily leadership and business development.
Ms. Knott has over eight years of recruitment expertise specializing in Mid-management to C-Level searches primarily in the Retail, Healthcare, and IT sectors. She offers extensive recruiting expertise and plan of action to the leadership team. Ms. Knott overall business experience consists of over 15 years in different industry sectors including government, retail and entertainment. Throughout her career, Ms. Knott has established a proven record of attracting key leadership and successfully partnering with each individual to drive success and change.
Prior to founding CKG Talent, Ms. Knott was a leading HR Consultant for one of Atlanta’s top national search firms. She began her professional career in the government sector and transitioned into corporate as a Shrink Coordinator for Pathmark, where she impacted the company by partnering with the organization’s Vice-President with responsibility for developing and executing effective programs, analyzing data and conceiving innovative ways to maximize companies overall sales. She was also the Manager of Humility Records where she partnered directly with the President and CEO.
