Karen Schwind is a senior consultant with High Performing Systems, Inc. Her comprehensive consulting experience includes organizational succession planning, stress resilience, and leadership coaching and development. Karen also works extensively with certification training on the Element B (FIRO), as well as the EQ-i® 2.0 and EQ 360. She was also a presenter at the International Emotional Intelligence Conference in Toronto. In addition to her work with HPS, Karen is a charter board member and former chair of the ASTD NE Georgia GIG, for which she currently handles marketing.
