Join us for a breakfast workshop to learn how gamification can improve sales performance and help accelerate initiatives liketransformation, optimization, and margin improvement. Forbes says that game-based experiences can motivate people, engage audiences and solve problems. Games are the multi-sensory medium for perfecting talent by entertaining, competing for glory and prizes, and networking with friends and peers.  Games can develop problem-solving skills through key situations that model essential behavior drivers, and improve selling skills, confidence and performance. In this session, we’ll go through three gamification case studies featuring AXA, Prudential and MetLife.  

 


Jim Wexler, President of Experiences Unlimited in New York, is a thought leader on Gamification – using game mechanics to motivate people, engage audiences and solve problems.  Jim is has put over 8 million advergames into play, including first-ever game-based campaigns for General Mills, Coca-Cola, The GAP, AXA, Equitable, Goldman Sachs, and Johnson & Johnson. Jim has been featured in Forbes, The New York Times, SmartCEO and CBS News and holds a BA in Semiotics from Brown University.
