NeuroLeadership

“One cannot teach a man anything.
One can only enable him to learn from within himself.”

–Galileo Galilei

What is it?

Neuroleadership provides leaders with a framework to ask questions and have coaching conversations that facilitate insights that solve business dilemmas and deliver results.  It’s a highly customized, thought-provoking, and creative process that:

  • Is based on neuroscience and the work of David Rock
  • Inspires positive leadership and colleague engagement
  • Guides people to have meaningful conversations that lead to next steps
  • Empowers action and accountability

Benefits of “Neuroleadership”

This learning experience gives leaders an opportunity to learn and practice new skills to generate insights with peers, direct reports and patients.  The new coaching conversations will accelerate business results and the leader’s influence in the business. Leaders will:

·       Learn and apply brain-based coaching principles and skills

·       Apply new learning in real-time and receive peer-to-peer coaching

·       Transform the quality of and decrease the amount of time needed for conversations based on improved thinking

·       Expand peer-to-peer networking, collaboration, and support

·       Focus on capturing insights and completing actions for improved business results

·       Practice new behaviors in a non-judgemental, trusting environment

·       Gain awareness of shared dilemmas with other leaders in the organization

·       Improve their understanding of the business through shared experiences and leveraging existing strengths and successes

·       Accelerate personal and group insights through synergistic sessions

·       Learn to think differently which, in turn, changes emotions, behavior, and business results
